Cellular Tracking

I was tasked with the automatic segmentation and tracking of keratocyte cells under electric fields in an automatic way that is not currently feasible with other options offered by programs like ImageJ (or Fiji). After that was complete, I then created a script to plot cell trajectories of each of the individual cells traced with different colors.

Python and MATLAB were used for this project.
