I was born in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico and moved to the US in 2009. I grew up in Davis and Santa Cruz before attending UC Davis in 2018 majoring in Biomedical Engineering (Cell and Tissue) with a minor in Computer Science.
From my experience working in research assistant roles and personal projects, I’ve developed a strong background in laboratory research, data analytics, and image processing. Well versed in programming languages like python and MATLAB, comfortable with html, SQL, Kivy and CSS. For CAD projects, I work with Solidworks and Fusion 360. My passion for machine learning and applying models in the field of biomedical engineering has led me to undertake exciting projects, collaborate with fellow students, and work towards my goal of tackling health care problems to improve the lives of others.
When not hustling, I love to read horror books, surf, and play with my dogs.
